Editorial Policy

Our standards for research, writing, editing and updating every page on AI is Everywhere.

Everything published on AI is Everywhere is written to help real people make better decisions about AI — the tools, the workflows, the trade-offs and the trends. This page explains how we get there.

Who writes for us

Our content is produced by a small editorial team led by founder Bhaway Bhalla, working alongside AI practitioners, engineers and creators who use these tools daily. Every author has a byline linking to a profile page with their background and areas of expertise.

How we research a story

  • We use the product, run the workflow, or test the model ourselves before writing about it.
  • We cite primary sources — official docs, model cards, changelogs, research papers, benchmarks.
  • We disclose when a claim is an estimate, an opinion, or a real-world result we measured.

How we write

  • Human-first, conversational, plain English — no jargon for jargon's sake.
  • Structured with clear H2/H3 headings, examples, tables, checklists and FAQs.
  • Optimized to be genuinely useful first, and search- and AI-discoverable second.

How we use AI in our workflow

We use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and editing. Every piece is reviewed, fact-checked, and edited by a human before publication. AI is a co-pilot, never the final voice. Full details in our AI Policy.

How we edit

  • Every article goes through at least one human editing pass focused on accuracy, clarity and tone.
  • Claims that carry risk (financial, technical, legal) get a second review.
  • Broken examples, dead links and stale prices are treated as bugs.

Updates and corrections

  • Every article shows a last-updated timestamp when meaningful changes are made.
  • Corrections are made in place. Material corrections are noted at the bottom of the article.
  • Spot an error? Email bhawaybhalla@gmail.com — we take it seriously.

Independence and disclosures

Reviews and rankings are editorially independent. Some links may be affiliate links — that never determines whether a tool is included, how it's rated, or where it ranks. Sponsored content, when it exists, is clearly labeled as such.
